解約方法は下記をご参照頂き、お客様のご入会方法に合わせて解約手続きを進めることが可能です。
クレジットカード/プリペイドカード決済で入会した場合
1. Webログインページにアクセス
2. 「ログイン」画面からご利用されているID / メールアドレス、またはTwitterアカウントでログイン
3. 「入会中のコミュニティ」画面から解約したいファンコミュニティの 管理 を選択
4. ファンコミュニティの「入会中の管理」画面最下部の 退会する をタップし、ポップアップから 次へ を選択
5. 可能でしたらアンケートにご協力いただき、画面下部の 退会する を選択
以上で解約は完了です。
なお、お支払い済みの残りの期間は、引き続きサービスをご利用できます。
Apple ID決済で入会した場合
1. 「設定」アプリを起動
※Fanicon内の設定ではなく、iPhone標準アプリの「設定」アプリです
2. 設定画面最上部にある［ユーザー名 Apple ID、iCoud、メディアと購入］を選択
3. 「サブスクリプション」を選択
※ファミリー共有の場合、管理者のみ表示されるため、管理者に解約をお願いしてください。
4. 解約したいコミュニティ名（例：〇〇ファニコン料金）を選択
5. 「サブスクリプションをキャンセルする」を押下
6. ポップアップ内の「確認」を押下
以上で解約は完了です。
なお、お支払い済みの残りの期間は、引き続きサービスをご利用できます。
Googleアカウント決済で入会した場合
｜Android端末から解約する
1. Google Playストアを起動
2. 画面左上のメニューから「定期購入」を選択
3. 「Fanicon-ファンコミュニティアプリ」から解約したいコミュニティを選択
4. 「定期購入の管理」内の「定期購入を解約」を押下し、「解約の理由」を選択して「次へ」を押下
5. 「定期購入を解約しますか？」で「定期購入を解約」を押下
以上で解約は完了です。
なお、お支払い済みの残りの期間は、引き続きサービスをご利用できます。
｜ブラウザから解約する
1. Google Playにアクセス
2. ログインしていない場合は、右上の「ログイン」から購入したアカウントを選択しログイン
3. 「定期購入を管理」から解約したいコミュニティ名を探す
4. 「定期購入」画面で該当のコミュニティを選択し、「定期購入を解約」を押下
5. 「解約の理由」を選択して「次へ」を押下
6. 「定期購入を解約しますか？」で「定期購入を解約」を押下
以上で解約は完了です。
なお、お支払い済みの残りの期間は、引き続きサービスをご利用できます。
Please see below for cancellation procedures and proceed with the cancellation process according to your enrollment method.
Enrollment by credit card or prepaid card payment
1. Access the web login page
2. Log in from the login screen using your ID / email address or Twitter account.
3. From the "Communities you are a member of" screen, select Manage the fan community you wish to cancel.
4. Tap "Cancel Membership" at the bottom of the "Manage Membership" screen and select Next from the pop-up window.
5. If possible, please complete the survey and select "Unsubscribe" at the bottom of the screen.
This completes the cancellation.
You may continue to use the service for the remaining period for which you have paid.
Enrolled with Apple ID payment
1. Launch the "Settings" application.
*This is the "Settings" app of the standard iPhone app, not the settings within Fanicon.
2. Select "Username/Apple ID/iCoud/Media and Purchases" at the top of the settings screen.
3. Tap Subscriptions.
4. Tap the name of the fan community you wish to cancel.
5. tap "Cancel Subscription.
6. Tap "Confirm" in the popup.
This completes the cancellation.
You may continue to use the service for the remaining period for which you have paid.
Enrolled with Google account payment.
｜Cancel from an Android device
1. Launch the Google Play Store.
2. Tap "Subscription" from the menu in the upper left corner of the screen.
3. Tap the fan community you wish to cancel from "Fanicon-Fan Community App".
4. tap "Cancel Subscription" in "Subscription Management", select "Reason for Cancellation" and tap "Next".
5. Tap "Cancel Subscription"
This completes the cancellation.
You may continue to use the service for the remaining period for which you have paid.
｜Cancel from your browser
1. Access Google Play.
2. If you are not logged in, select the account you purchased from "Login" in the upper right corner and log in.
3. go to "Manage Subscriptions" and find the name of the fan community you wish to cancel.
4. tap the appropriate fan community on the "Subscription" screen and tap "Cancel Subscription".
5. Select the "Reason for Cancellation" and tap "Next".
6. Tap "Cancel Subscription."
This completes the cancellation.
You may continue to use the service for the remaining period for which you have paid.
