How to cancel your subscription.

【If you subscribe via the App store [iPhone, iPad]】

 

  1. Open the Settings app on iPhone/iPad.  
  2. Tap your name. 
  3. Tap Subscriptions. *In the case of family-sharing, only the administrator will be able to see it, so please ask the administrator to cancel it.
  4. Tap the subscription that you want to manage.
  5. Tap Cancel Subscription. If you don't see Cancel, the subscription is already canceled and won't renew.
  6. You can continue to use the service during the subscription period you have already paid for.

 

 

 

【If you subscribe via the Google Play Store [Android]】

 

-Cancel from your Android device

 

  1. Open the Google Play app.
  2. At the top right, tap the profile icon.
  3. Tap Payments & subscriptions. >Subscriptions.
  4. Select the subscription you want to cancel.
  5. Tap Cancel subscription.
  6. Select "Reason for cancellation" and tap "Next".
  7. Follow the instructions and complete cancellation.
  8. You can continue to use the service during the subscription period you have already paid for. 

 

 

-Cancel from your browser

 

  1. Go to [Google Play](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=jp.co.thecoo.fanicon)
  2. If you are not logged in, go to "Login" in the upper right corner and select the account you purchased from and log in.
  3. Tap Payments & subscriptions. >Subscriptions.
  4. Select the subscription you want to cancel.
  5. Tap Cancel subscription.
  6. Select "Reason for cancellation" and tap "Next".
  7. Follow the instructions and complete cancellation.
  8. You can continue to use the service during the subscription period you have already paid for.
